Disclaimer- Terms and Conditions
By reserving our Trikkes you hereby agree to all of the following terms - conditions and disclaimer agreement, that you will under no circumstance or event hold liable MMXM for any accident- Loss- theft- or event.
- All riders are provided with a helmet for your protection. We suggest you bring any needed first aide – water bottle, back packs to carry any personal items you feel are needed.
- You are solely responsible for our Trikkes and equipment, We suggest if you are planning any stops, that you bring along a method of securing the Trikke by lock to prevent theft. You are fully liable for each piece of equipment, helmets and Trikee. In the event of a theft – Loss or damage to any of our equipment, your credit card will be charged and accessed the full replacement cost of our equipment if the equipment is damaged- lost or stolen or not returned.
- Zoom MMXM except no liability for Loss - Accident - INJURY or Theft to persons riding our Trikkes, using our Trikkes or to properties and or persons effected by our Trikkes
Late Fees
In the event you are late returning our Trikke You will be assessed late fee of 30.00 per 15 minute increments. We operate on a reservation basis only, in order to accommodate other riders your rentals must be returned on time and on schedule.
- If the event or Loss- Damage or Stolen Trikke or Equipment please notify the company rental station immediately by returning to the rental return area immediately to notify staffers, call the rental station with your cell phone or by pay phone use.
- On the day of pick up you will be required to place a four digit code in our key pads to pick up your units. Those four digits are the last four digits of your reservation number. You will forfeit your reservation and meet non cancellation policy if you fail to have this number with you on pick up as the staffers will not have access to your security codes.
- All under age riders are required to have a legal age adult with them, we do not rental to minors without an adult present.
- All rentals are must be made on the web site in advance, no cash and carry is offered, Our Agents do not handle cash, nor do they process credit cards on site.
- Any one picking up our Trikees must have a valid photo ID on them and in their possession.
- ZoomMMXM.com provides no insurance to riders: You Ride At Your Own Risk.
- Zoom MMXM accepts no liability for the following: Accident – loss - theft - Injury or damages you incur or may incur to yourself - others- properties- laws or regulations.
CANCELLATION and WEATHER POLICY
- By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to are 100% non-refundable payment policy.
- In the event you need to cancel, 48 hour notice must be provided and a reschedule date must be requested.
- The reschedule dates are subject to availability. Email the company at : info@zoommmxm.com your email must contain a valid email provider time and date stamp – your original reservation conformation number, all information in your original reservation and the date and time of re-schedule requested.
- A member of our customer service department will contact with your details.
- This cancellation policy is applicable for each rental event within a transaction.
- Cancelations due to weather conditions will be subject our reschedule policy with in a the 48 hour cutoff and must be done by email dated and time stamped and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the reshcedule is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.
- Reschedule events are good for the term of one week. If you do not reschedule within this time limit you will forfeit your rental, it is non refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@zoommmxm.com. Emailed cancellation requests may not be received after to the 48 hour cancellation cutoff prior to rental date– it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure your cancellation is sent date and timed stamped by a valid email provider.
Things you should bring or have with you:
- Comfortable clothes
- Comfortable shoes
- A water bottle
- A back pack for your personal belongings
- Your Photo ID
- Your 4 digit Key Code to enter into keypad for pick up. Our Staff does not have access to this and you will forfeit your rental with out refund if you do not have it.
- An adult if you are under age. Trikkes can only be rented by adults. If you are renting for or on a minors behalf you must be present trhough out the rental period. You also agree to accept all responcibility of the minors actions and use of our equipment.
- Please be considerate and keep up with the time. You should turn around a head back to the rental drop off to return the rental and helmet on time.
- A cell phone or change for a pay phone, in the event you need to call the rental stations.
ZoomMMXM Is a Trikke rental company for the sole purpose of touring and site seeing in a fun aconomic manner by rentals of Trikke bikes. If you have any concerns as to your ability or fitness level of riding a Trikke please consult a professional prior to use. Trikke bikes are an easy and fun way to get in shape, enjoy the out doors and tour the city without the confines of a car, confining bus or toxins that are emited in our environment. By placing a reservation you hereby agree to all policies- terms- conditions, requirements and disclaimers of this web site and MMXM company.
